How do I design?

When you select me as your designer, you will be provided with the utmost precision. Not only am I conscientious about how I present the source content to the learner, but I am also very particular about aesthetics and visual presentation, as well. I meticulously conduct needs analyses to effectively diagnose issues and strategically navigate the most viable path forward. The SMEs and stakeholders I work with on projects are exceptionally valuable to my craft. Enhancing communication and fostering a collaborative working relationship are pivotal throughout the entirety of the project.  

Throughout the design process, I diligently apply the ADDIE or SAM methodologies, tailoring them meticulously to suit each project context.  Adult learning theories are interwoven within the design and development process to provide the learner with the optimal learning experience.  I consider the job unfinished until success metrics are defined and achieved through strategically crafted assessment mechanisms, delivering outcomes of the highest caliber.
