This course was designed as a training for new construction site workers at Level-Up Construction Company, due to an increase of job injuries at the workplace.  It goes over OSHA's "focus four" hazards that are most commonly encountered on the job site and preventative measures that can be taken to avoid injuries.

Construction Safety Job Aid

This course was designed as a training for an airline carrier who was having increased complaints from customers about the interactions between flight attendants and customers. This training addresses strategies flight attendants can use for self-regulation, as well as strategies on de-escalating passengers when they become irate. Several interactive elements are used, such as an accordion and a drag and drop activity to keep learners engaged.
